  1. Grab an old pair of a long sock.
  2. Grab a pair of scissors.
  3. Grab the toe part of the sock and cut if off.
  4. Take the top part of where you just cut and roll it.
  5. Use the Briogeo-Rosarco Milk Reparative Leave-in-conditioner spray. Squirt 3-4 times to make your hair ridiculously shiny and soft!
  6. Throw your hair up in a regular high pony tail. You can place the pony tail at a lower level if you prefer.
  7. Spray “TRESemme Tres Two hairspray” to lessen any frizz.
  8. Install the sock bun.
  9. Pull the sock up to the end of the pony tail.
  10. Grab the edges and tuck it in the sock bun.
  11. Roll the sock bun (or ) flip the sock bun inside out and roll it.
  12. Keep tucking in the hair to make it tighter.
  13. Squirt a few sprays of “Paul Mitchell Freeze & Shine Spray” to hold together everything.

There you have it!!

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions!

Side note: The thicker sock you use would be better for women with fine hair, and a more thin sock would work best with those who have thick/long hair.
